I did the “list method” and recently saw a man at my gym who seems to match my list almost perfectly. Physically, his style, his energy, his lifestyle — he is completely my type, to the point where I genuinely had the feeling, “This is the man from my list.”
The problem is that he doesn’t know me yet. We haven’t met or spoken, and I don’t even know if I’m going to see him at the gym again.
He also seems very wealthy and successful, and there are a lot of extremely beautiful women at my gym. I notice that this sometimes makes me feel inferior or makes me wonder why a man like that would specifically choose me, even though I know this is exactly the kind of man I’ve always wanted and believe I can have.
How do I stop putting him on a pedestal and assume that I am exactly the woman he would want? And if I don’t even know whether I’ll see him again, how do I live in the assumption that he absolutely wants to meet me and that circumstances will naturally bring us together?
I really feel like he could be the man from my list, so I’d love to know how you would approach this without becoming obsessed with the 3D or comparing myself to other women. Thanks 🙏🙏🙏

It may be a silly question, but on your list, did you add anything to specify that the desired man would be attracted to you physically, socially, emotionally, personality-wise, etc as you are? Otherwise, you may have spawned the man without the desired course of his actions. Oops. Another question I have is if you actually feel he's on a pedestal versus if you view yourself lower than the floor? One lifts him up above you. The other buries yourself below him. You also placed the other women at the gym in the same relatively-higher comparative status, not just Mr. Dreamy. Self-deprecation across the board. Did you notice that you're expressing clear doubt while simultaneously saying "this is the kind of man I... believe I can have." Would someone whose convictions believe they are destined to have this kind of man be doubtful? Maybe your next best step (since you were quickly SUCCESSFUL in manifesting the presence of a man with the desired traits using the list method) is to use the list method to manifest the self-confidence, certainty, and perception of yourself being equal (or higher) status first. You probably would want to focus on states which don't introduce the comparison. Since you were already successful in using the list method, that should serve as reassurance in succeeding again. EXAMPLES: • I am: confident, stable, determined, strong-willed, clear-minded, positively focused, secure, etc. • I have: high self-value, charisma, magnetism, a welcoming aura or demeanor, social-ease, chosen what's right for me, etc. • Notice there is zero mention of the ideal man or female competition. Building a steady internal anchor is the goal here. Once your ship is secure, you can more-easily board his without falling overboard.
Great response! I’d also suggest her to be more specific now in her list. Now that her person has manifested, that’s one desire fulfilled. But this fulfilled desire doesn’t necessarily mean the person is her husband or bf. The person being her husband or bf is the next desire in itself. So if I were her I’d now revise my list adding that this man at the gym is my husband, we workout together at the gym and I’m the only woman he sees in his eyes.
