Delete Your Account & Data

Overview

This page explains how to delete your My Neville Goddard account and the personal data associated with it. My Neville Goddard is the AI study companion for the lectures and books of Neville Goddard, available on the web at mynevillegoddard.com and as iOS and Android apps. You can delete your account yourself in the app, or request deletion by email without signing in.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

1. Open My Neville Goddard and sign in. 2. Go to the Account screen. 3. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm. Your account and data are removed permanently — this cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email (no sign-in needed)

Email contact@sovrinmind.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". So we can verify ownership, send it from your account email. We will confirm your identity, delete your account and data, and email you a confirmation within 30 days.

Cancel any subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel an active paid subscription. If you subscribed in the iOS app, cancel in Apple Settings → your name → Subscriptions. In the Android app, cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions. On the web, cancel from "Manage Billing" in your account.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account (email or Google identity), your profile, and all account content we store about you: saved conversations, the questions you asked, your favorites, and your subscription-status records. These are removed from our live systems immediately and purged from encrypted backups within 30 days.

What is kept, and for how long

Payment and transaction records held by our payment processors (Stripe on the web, Apple and Google for in-app purchases) are retained by those companies under their own policies. We also retain the minimum transaction and tax records we are legally required to keep — typically up to 7 years — solely for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. These records are not used to re-identify you after deletion.
