Step by step

    Open a saved assumption set and tap Practice beside the statement you want to embody.

  2. 2

    Choose Imaginal Conversation, Overhearing, Journal from the Future, Writing, or Decree.

  3. 3

    For generated modes, read the scene and make its meaning natural to you. If generated wording is unavailable or does not pass the wording check, Imaginal Conversation, Overhearing, and Journal from the Future still open with the exact assumption preserved so you can continue. You can edit a future journal entry.

  4. 4

    For Writing, write the assumption deliberately in your own natural wording.

  5. 5

    For Decree, repeat it slowly and tap the counter after each repetition.

  6. 6

    Tap Complete Practice to record the session in your Journey.
