Control what the Advisor remembers

Step by step

   Ask the Advisor to remember something — "remember that I prefer short five-minute morning practices" — and confirm the card it offers. On a plan without Advisor memory, that card offers the upgrade choices instead.

   Open the Neville Advisor settings section.

3. 3

   Choose whether the Advisor may use your app activity and saved memories.

4. 4

   Review the memories listed in the section.

5. 5

   Tap Forget beside any memory you no longer want the Advisor to use.

6. 6

   Your changes apply to future Advisor conversations.
